A combination of local, state and federal programs can cover all of your PrEP-related costs. Check them out, and call us so we can help you figure out what's right for you.
The national Ready, Set, PrEP program provides free PrEP HIV-prevention medications to people living in the United States who qualify. You will not have to pay for the medicine. The costs of your clinic visits and lab tests may vary depending on your income.
State PrEP Assistance Programs may provide additional medication assistance to PrEP users if you are ineligible to apply for health insurance or cannot use your health insurance to pay for PrEP. Check out the State of Illinois PrEP program.
Private patient co-pay and medication assistance programs can also help lower the costs of PrEP care and medicine.
